Cosmetology is a challenging, rewarding profession that offers the opportunity for artistic expression as well as financial security for male/female students who are self-motivated, innovative and ambitious, there is no limit to your potential. The entire field of cosmetology includes hair dressing, esthetics (skin care), nails (manicures/pedicures) and make-up.

The cosmetology course consists of practical “hands-on” and related classes. The course is broken down into four years, starting with basic procedures to more advanced material. Cosmetology students must be 16 years of age before they start earning trade hours. Upon reaching 1,000 hours students must be required to successfully pass the Massachusetts State Board Exam (75% or better is required to pass- a prerequisite for graduation). A challenging curriculum and methods of instruction will help prepare students to successfully pass the Massachusetts State Board Exam. Current textbooks, instructional material are available to all students. A faculty that is highly involved in continuous improvements  will help educate students to the ever-expanding and ever-changing Beauty Industry.
