Kitchen: Students are instructed in proper handling, preparation, cooking, and presentation of food for functions as well as for the school restaurant. Over the four years students will learn all the skills necessary to become professional chefs.
Bakery: Students split their time each year between learning in the kitchen and learning in the bake shop, students in the bake shop will learn all the nuances of working in a bake shop, and how to use all the equipment.
Cafe: The teacher cafe is a place where students sell some of the products created in the bake shop to teachers and visitors, students handle all the transactions and stocking of the cafe.
Skyline Bistro: This is the school restaurant run in conjunction with the students from the Hospitality shop, the food is cooked in the kitchen and brought out by the Hospitality students. The Bistro is open to the public Tuesday – Friday from 10:30am – 12:30pm.
