Attention student who are under 18 Years old! Now that Spring and Summer are upon us you might be going out and getting yourself a part time job. By law if you are under 18 years old you will need a Workers Permit!! It is a two step process. If you need one- This is a reminder: Miss Blute in down in the cafeteria everyday from 5:45 am -7:15 am before school taking care of anyone needing a Workers Permit. Please see her at that time. She is not always available during the day.
Attention Summer JOB Opportunities: Youth Grow and Youth Works are looking for students to work this summer. City of worcester DPW & Parks Department Lifeguard Training Class Program 2019 is being offered for those interested in getting certified as a lifeguard. Worcester Tech, spirit week continues today, Today is Friday is class spirit day, show your class pride, Freshmen are Green, Sophomores are Purple, Juniors are Red, Seniors are Blue.
Hey Worcester Tech, Does your shop’s week want a pizza party. If so, all you have to do is bring in non-expired canned and boxed food to your shop and place the food in the right bag. The shop’s week with the most non-expired canned and boxed food by the end of the school day May 9th will win. Good luck and may the best shop’s week win.
The Girls Varsity Tennis Team defeated David Prouty HS 4-1. Winning at singles Isabella Daviau, Jennifer Jarzobski, Savannah Platt. Winning at doubles the team of Diana Nguyen/Giovanna Rocha. Congratulations.
There will be a meeting next Thursday for student athletes interested in playing football next year. The meeting will be immediately after school in the cafeteria.
