On May 16th, 2016 the Cosmetology department hosted the American Cancer Society’s “Look Good Feel Better” program. Cosmetology students participate in this program twice a year as part of their senior capstone and community outreach project. The program serves the needs of community members battling cancer by providing complimentary group, individual, and self-help beauty sessions. Students demonstrate their essential knowledge and skill while bolstering their clients sense of support, confidence, courage, and community.

The Worcester Technical High School General Advisory Board consists of business and industry, organized labor, parents/guardians, students, community, and post secondary education partners who offer guidance, feedback, and support to the technical programs at WTHS. These partnerships allow WTHS to continue offering state of the art technical education that align with industry standards and certifications.
The Worcester Tech Programming and Webdev Students go to Burncoat Middle School and help teach kids an hour of code.
